Abstract

El ordenamiento jurídico dentro de un Estado constituye uno de los elementos trascendentales de su desarrollo, pues permite regular el funcionamiento del Estado así como la relación entre sus órganos y de estos con los ciudadanos. Es por ello que el objetivo fundamental del presente artículo es analizar desde la dimensión teórica los elementos trascendentales del ordenamiento jurídico y su contextualización desde la perspectiva cubana. El rigor científico y la novedad radica en la sistematización teórica del ordenamiento jurídico cubano.
