La Validez De Las Normas Jurídicas. Práctica Cubana

Abstract

La validez de las normas jurídicas se refiere a la existencia de la norma, encontrándose en correspondencia con la promulgación y la publicación. La misma para ser válida en el ordenamiento jurídico debe cumplir con un conjunto de requisitos. En correspondencia con lo anteriormente planteado el problema de la validez de las normas jurídicas se encuentra en los diferentes significados que se le atribuyen, por lo que el presente artículo tiene como objetivo fundamental determinar los elementos esenciales de la validez de las normas jurídicas.
