Identidad De Género: Una Mirada Más Allá De Las Diferencias Entre Hombres Y Mujeres

Abstract

El género constituye una categoría histórica que debe ser valorada como proceso y producto, dado el largo proceso necesario para su consideración como categoría científica que designa las características del hombre y la mujer. Esto se incorpora de manera individual tomando como referencia el desarrollo de la personalidad a partir de la formación psicológica definida como identidad de género. Este trabajo representa una sistematización de la identidad de género como integración de las necesidades, intereses, motivos y características personológicas con las cualidades que distinguen la masculinidad o feminidad.
