Políticas Públicas No Cenário Amazônico: Da Padronização A Diferenciação

Abstract

Tendo por base a forte padronização das políticas públicas executadas pelo Estado na Amazônia pode-se afirmar que a trajetória destas políticas no campo rural brasileiro resultou em um forte passivo ambiental e no agravamento das desigualdades sociais. Este ensaio teórico tem por objetivo entender de que forma esta intervenção vem se dando em um contexto atual onde atores antes excluídos passam a fazer parte da arena decisória de formulação e implementação de duas políticas públicas de crédito rural, a saber: PROCERA e PRONAF. Sendo assim foi possível afirmar que ambas as políticas estudadas apresentaram nos seus respectivos desenhos muitas contradições no que tange a sua execução na região e que estas políticas acabaram por reproduzir mais uma vez o mesmo viés reducionista e padronizador das políticas de crédito anteriormente disponibilizadas.
