La Política Científica: Algunas Razones Para Su Existencia

Abstract

La política científica es la proyección estratégica de la ciencia y la técnica: traza las estrategias y las vías para dirigir la ciencia y la técnica en aras de alcanzar determinados objetivos en interés del desarrollo de una institución, de una región o del país. Su fin fundamental es elevar la eficiencia, la eficacia y la excelencia de la ciencia y la tecnología. Las políticas para la ciencia y la tecnología se corresponden con la finalidad del optimismo con respecto al rendimiento del gasto en innovación y desarrollo, enfatizándose la relación entre Ciencia y tecnología dando prioridad a las ciencias duras y a las ingenierías.
