Abstract

Con el presente artículo pretendemos reflejar aportes, peculiaridades y valoraciones refrendadas en algunas teorías emitidas por sociólogos y juristas europeos y norteamericanos sobre la familia y el matrimonio que le conceden a las mencionadas instituciones sociales de estas ciencias durante los siglos XIX y XX la protección e importancia como fenómeno social, como valuarles y pioneros de esta especialidad que han ejercido por largo tiempo una hegemonía en el campo del saber sociológico y del jurista sobre la realidad familiar y el matrimonio. Tratando de explicar este fenómeno no solo como un hecho social sino también como ciencias.
