Abstract

Resulta de vital importancia el conocimiento de las principales escuelas del comportamiento organizacional y las teorías que las sustentan para saber cómo organizar el trabajo de manera eficiente, cómo obtener mayor productividad, cómo hacer coincidir los objetivos de una empresa con los del personal para obtener mejores resultados y oportunidades para ambos entre otros aspectos. Los autores de la escuela clásica postulan ideas esenciales acerca de cómo debería funcionar una organización y muchos de sus principios y propuestas han tenido un impacto relevante en la actualidad. Por ello la presente investigación centra su atención en diversas consideraciones que permiten arribar a juicios y posturas para un análisis más objetivo en una determinada institución.
