Abstract

El presente trabajo trata sobre la historia del trabajo social en Cuba, los trabajadores sociales y su rol en la solución de alteraciones de conducta en niños y jóvenes desde la comunidad y para la comunidad, se hace un análisis teórico del término alteraciones de conducta en niños y jóvenes a partir del criterio de varios autores. Luego de la aplicación de las técnicas, algunos de los resultados nos muestran la insuficiente preparación de los trabajadores sociales en este tema y la poca coordinación para trabajar en equipo multidisciplinario, de acuerdo con los especialistas que tributan al trabajo con niños y jóvenes con alteraciones de conducta, quedando demostrado la necesidad e importancia de que estos contribuyan como miembros de equipos multidisciplinarios a la solución de las diferentes manifestaciones de alteraciones de conducta en niños y jóvenes.
