Abstract

El poder encuentra su expresión a través de los sistemas políticos, los cuales nacieron enfermos y en todas las regiones legitiman la mentira, el engaño y la manipulación. Y los funcionarios públicos que ostentan el poder ejercen sus funciones básicas mediante políticas sociales, económicas, educativas, etc. En el argot popular se confunde frecuentemente el término "política" con el acto público de dar explicaciones y detalles de determinadas acciones, decisiones o los resultados que se han obtenido. Este acto ofrece ventajas e inconvenientes a los políticos, pues inciden sobre la espiritualidad de agrupaciones humanas, y de su gestión y proyección depende en gran medida la formación o depauperación de los valores humanos necesarios para una adecuada convivencia humana, disciplina social, orden, armonía y climas psicológicos favorables.
