Tradiciones Culturales De Origen Haitiano En La Comunidad De Bracito

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realiza en la comunidad de Bracito, municipio Jobabo con la finalidad de conocer las tradiciones culturales que introdujeron los nativos antillanos y que aún subsisten, aportando y enriqueciendo su acervo cultural. Presenta un enfoque dialéctico materialista basado en la complementariedad metodológica. Se asume para este trabajo el paradigma interpretativo hermenéutico y se emplearon métodos generales como el histórico y lógico, análisis y síntesis y la inducción y deducción. De los métodos empíricos cualitativos: el etnográfico y la observación participante Para la indagación de las tradiciones culturales existentes en la comunidad se aplicaron diferentes técnicas como entrevistas y encuestas. La investigación está estructurada en resumen, introducción, tres capítulos con sus epígrafes correspondientes, conclusiones, recomendaciones, referencias bibliográficas y anexos. La aplicación de las técnicas permitió conocer la tradiciones culturales existentes en la zona: religiosas, mágico- danzarias, culinarias y agrarias. Queda demostrado cómo el Vodú y el creole han permanecido en esta comunidad por más de 100 años, lo que los identifica como elementos aglutinadores. Por la importancia de preservar las tradiciones culturales se hace necesario que las instituciones realicen proyectos donde las mismas se divulguen y sean dadas a conocer a las presentes y futuras generaciones.
