El Servicio De Consulta Y Referencia: Complejo Entramado Social De Relaciones, En El Interior De Las Bibliotecas

Abstract

La dinámica de las sociedades llega hasta el interior de las bibliotecas, ocurriendo un cambio de lo tradicional y el abandono de los antiguos paradigmas; para lo que no siempre están preparados los actores de las mismas. Este es el caso del servicio de consulta y referencia, el que no debe permanecer a la zaga; sino por el contrario, ponerse en consonancia con los requerimientos de la nueva sociedad de la información y las comunicaciones y así aprovechar esta dinámica nueva como una gran oportunidad para robustecerse y nutrirse, con la pujanza que trae consigo la sabia del cambio.
