Abstract

El tratamiento de la niñez y sus derechos resulta tema de interés universal para las ciencias jurídicas modernas, debido a las nuevas tendencias de protección surgidas a partir de la celebración de los Congresos Panamericanos del Niño y la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño. De modo, que para las ciencias jurídicas cubanas se hace de suma importancia el estudio de las nuevas categorías de protección de los menores de edad que hoy en día van ganando terreno en el campo jurídico procesal.
