Abstract

El autor ofrece criterios y doctrinas sobre el concepto y contenido del Derecho Económico y su valor instrumental en función del desarrollo social de las naciones, ese marco teórico conceptual es utilizado como hilo conductor para caracterizar las formas en que han intervenido los Estados durante los tiempos de crisis económicas, situaciones que ha permitido identificar jurídicamente a los distintos modelos económicos que ha experimentado la sociedad en la región latinoamericana a partir de la experiencia europea. En ese contexto se promueven aproximaciones jurídicas al modelo cubano, que es identificado como Modelo Socialista de Economía Planificada con Elementos de Mercado.
