Abstract

El presente trabajo es una revisión documental donde se exponen ideas de diversos autores acerca de la relación cultura comunicación desde la génesis del proceso, su carácter histórico y su implicación en la vida social. Tiene como objetivo una descripción de este fenómeno, cómo se comporta en el contexto latinoamericano actual y las principales tendencias que tratan, desde las perspectivas de los autores, propuestas de modificación a las políticas culturales que imperan en el mencionado contexto.
