Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo elucidar las principales ideas de los estudios históricos y jurídicos que se presentaron en la Revista Cuba Contemporánea entre 1913 y 1927. Este fue un periodo muy rico para la cultura histórica y jurídica cubana y en esa importante publicación se develan las matrices fundamentales del pensamiento histórico cubano y la cultura jurídica de la República liberal creada en 1902.
