Diagnóstico Organizacional De Un Grupo De Prevención Y Atención Social En El Municipio Jesús Menéndez

Abstract

La prevención es una de las principales características definidoras de las intervenciones comunitarias. En Cuba el proceso de prevención social se enfrenta a retos que se hacen necesarios afrontar en aras del continuo desarrollo de la experiencia cubana en materia de prevención social. Con el objetivo de contribuir a mejorar el funcionamiento organizacional del Grupo de Prevención y Atención Social en la circunscripción tres de la comunidad de Erlán Raya municipio Jesús Menéndez, se realizó un diagnóstico de la organización. El empleo de los métodos científicos como: la entrevista, la observación, la encuesta, la revisión de documentos, análisis y síntesis y el histórico-lógico, permitieron caracterizar el Grupo de Prevención y Atención Social objeto de estudio, identificando debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades presentes en él. A partir de las deficiencias identificadas se diseñó un sistema de acciones dirigidas a transformar la situación inicial diagnosticada, contribuyendo a elevar la eficiencia de la praxis preventiva en el territorio.
