Incumplimiento De Pago De Pensiones Alimenticias A Jefas De Familia En Mazatlán Sinaloa

Abstract

Las pensiones alimenticias se encuentran asociadas a los divorcios y a las separaciones entre parejas que formaban una familia, en Mazatlán Sinaloa, al igual que en otras entidades federativas del país, se presenta la problemática del incumplimiento de pago de pensiones alimenticias que son decretadas por un juez de lo familiar a favor de las demandantes de ese derecho. Problemática que vulnera mayormente a las jefas de familia que son las que se quedan con la responsabilidad de los hijos e hijas de la expareja, que al verse obligadas a asumir un doble rol; la de proveedor y la del cuidado de los hijos, se configura con ello, una desigualdad en cuanto a obligaciones y derechos que adquieren el varón y la mujer al momento de formar una familia.
