Abstract

Como todo proceso, la gestación de situaciones sociales conflictivas atraviesa por diferentes fases, etapas o momentos. Estas surgen, generalmente, por cuestiones que muchas veces se muestran insignificantes e intrascendentes, pero que en el fondo son generadoras potenciales de males que perturban las relaciones sociales, afectan la convivencia humana, reprimen sentimientos negativos y conductas reactivas negativas que, bajo determinadas condiciones, encuentran su expresión en actos de violencia, agresiones, conflictos, etc.
