Abstract

Explica la situación que afronta la víctima de delitos en nuestro procedimiento penal, por la importancia que tiene conocerla, ofreciendo nuestras consideraciones y valoraciones al respecto, a fin de entender luego las ideas propuestas para la posible modificación por la que se aboga, teniendo en cuenta además, un breve acercamiento a la legislación militar vigente, por ser esta más garante que la ordinaria en cuanto a la protección de los derechos de las víctimas; y por último, se hacen las propuestas que pudieran tenerse en cuenta para la reforma.
