Abstract

El Registro de la Propiedad en Cuba ha recuperado en la actualidad la importancia que requiere en toda Sociedad para garantizar la Seguridad Jurídica en el tráfico de los Instrumentos Públicos Notariales. A partir de ello es fundamental el papel que juega el Notario en su función asesora y autenticadora, como autor de sus documentos en consonancia con el Registrador de la Propiedad, que con su labor calificadora en la entrada de los asientos registrales dota de garantía bajo la salvaguarda de la fe pública registral y su publicidad.
