Caracterización De La Gestión Colectiva En Cuba E Identificación De Los Elementos Para Una Legislación Nacional

Abstract

Las autoras de este trabajo identifican cuales son los elementos principales para una legislación nacional sobre la gestión colectiva de los derechos de autores musicales en Cuba, con el objetivo de motivar a la creación una legislación específica sobre el tema, que obligue a todos los involucrados en la gestión, a realizarla de manera eficiente de acuerdo con lo establecido en los convenios internacionales suscritos por Cuba. Además se muestra como existen resquicios por donde se puede violar los derechos de autor sin que exista una legislación adecuada para protegerlos.
