Abstract

El Proceso Criminológico cubano en cada etapa de nuestra sociedad, ha estado caracterizado por varios elementos que lo han hecho variar y ajustarse al las condiciones de cada sistema. Este artículo hace un análisis histórico de las diferentes etapas por las que ha transitado el proceso criminológico cubano, donde se evidencia de manera gradual como ha ido disminuyendo el índice delictivo en la sociedad cubana desde la etapa pre revolucionaria hasta nuestros días.
