Abstract

En la presente ponencia la autora ha expuesto algunas ideas acerca de la mediación reparadora, como una de las formas alternativas del Derecho Penal que reconoce la doctrina moderna y que al mismo tiempo está considerada como una variante estratégica no tradicional de Control Social.
