Abstract

La formación y consolidación de la Comunicación Organizacional, pone de manifiesto que las organizaciones están sujetas a cambios constantes en su accionar y si se concibe a la organización como un ente vivo, orgánico, holístico y transformador, entonces al evolucionar con nuevas experiencias y en nuevos contextos históricos; ésta es susceptible de ser cambiada, transformada desde lo interno como organización y en su interacción con el entorno. No se puede hablar de cultura organizacional, ni del cumplimiento de su misión social en una institución, sino existe una adecuada comunicación organizacional y para ello se precisa del papel que juegan los canales y redes por los que fluyen los distintos tipos de mensajes.
