Abstract

El nuevo siglo impone nuevas y complejas formas de realización de la actividad político-comunicativa, mediada por el influjo de las tecnologías que logran marcar abismales diferencias en detrimento de aquellos económicamente más débiles. En correspondencia con ello, nuestra realidad exige: perfeccionar los métodos para comunicar lo político a toda la sociedad, pero en especial a los jóvenes, como condición para lograr su incorporación plena en las transformaciones económicas y sociales que necesariamente tenemos que realizar.
