Modernismo E Contemporaneidade Nas Crônicas De Rubem Braga E Arnaldo Jabor

Abstract

Esse trabalho compara crônicas de Rubem Braga e Arnaldo Jabor, respectivamente, cronistas modernista e contemporâneo. Assume que seus textos são crônicas de momentos histórico-discursivos diferentes, e de relações de comunicação literárias diferentes – realizando isso à luz de Bakhtin (2002); mostra as especificidades e continuidades desses momentos em um e outro autor, tentando contribuir para uma hipótese geral, a saber: em que medida é possível demarcar fronteiras críticas entre a literatura modernista e a literatura contemporânea.
