Reforma Constitucional Al Juicio De Amparo ¿El Medio Ambiente Como Derecho Humano Fundamental?

Abstract

El presente artículo versa sobre el Juicio de Amparo y las reformas publicadas en el Diario Oficial de la Federación los días 6 y 10 junio del 2011, relativas a la protección de los Derechos Humanos reconocidos en la Constitución y Tratados Internacionales. Atendiendo al derecho a un medio ambiente sano plasmado en articulo 4. Constitucional, como un derecho humano fundamental, se hace énfasis en las citadas reformas, legitimando con ellas al gobernado para ocurrir ante los órganos jurisdiccionales al trámite de la acción de amparo, para que se le proteja y garantice este derecho, y con ello contribuyendo al resguardo del medio ambiente.
