Abstract

Con la existencia del ser humano, surgió la necesidad de contar con normas para la regulación de su conducta en la sociedad, conforme fue evolucionando el hombre así el derecho y sus procesos, durante siglos, en México en materia de impartición de justicia, se ha utilizado el sistema inquisitivo penal, sin embargo en el año 2008, fue realizada una importante reforma en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en estas reformas se establece el cambio de sistema procesal, sistema el cual se cree beneficiara a la nación en esta materia, pues brindara mayor rapidez, eficacia y seguridad entre el pueblo, pues este sistema será público. En la presente investigación se analizara el avance que lleva el estado de Tamaulipas desde las reforma en comparación con otros estados de la republica.
