¿Intervención Del Notario En La Mediación Familiar En Cuba?

Abstract

La Mediación familiar como entendimiento facilitado, se convierte cada día en el proceso estabilizador de la contienda familiar, por excelencia, en el mundo entero. Amen de que en Cuba no se ha se instituido legalmente este método alternativo para los conflictos familiares, se desarrollan numerosos estudios al respecto. En aras de profundizar en la homologación de los acuerdos de mediación, para el caso cubano, se realiza la presente investigación, que si bien no agota la temática, propone reflexionar acerca de la posible intervención del Notario en dicho asunto.
