Diferencias Entre La Ley De Procedimiento Penal Militar Y La Ley De Procedimiento Penal Ordinaria En El Ordenamiento Jurídico Cubano

Abstract

La presente investigación pretende analizar las diferencias existentes entre la Ley de Procedimiento Penal Militar (LPPM) y la Ley de Procedimiento Penal Ordinaria (LPP) en el Sistema de Derecho Cubano. Como disposiciones penales las mismas garantizan y protegen los intereses fundamentales de nuestra sociedad, estableciendo un procedimiento adecuado para quien viole las reglamentaciones contempladas en la Ley de los Delitos Militares y el Código Penal. La LPPM mediante sus normas, demuestra que se corresponde con el elevado desarrollo alcanzado por nuestras FAR, tanto en lo relativo al arte y técnicas militares como a la conciencia de sus miembros y puede contribuir adecuadamente a robustecer la legalidad socialista en las unidades e instituciones militares, al igual que la LPP en la vida ordinaria, la cual durante sus tres fases trata de imponer una justicia penal en nombre del pueblo de Cuba.
