Abstract

Un aspecto que refleja con fuerza la calidad del personal seleccionado es la evaluación del desempeño de los trabajadores una vez incorporados a la organización. A estos efectos, se montó un experimento sobre la base de comparar los resultados de la evaluación del desempeño de los trabajadores que fueron objeto de selección transcurrido un año de su incorporación a la organización, quienes forman el grupo experimental y los trabajadores antiguos en la organización, con buenos niveles de desempeño que ocupaban iguales cargos u ocupaciones.
