El Contrato De Seguro Médico En Cuba. Consideraciones Generales

Abstract

Este estudio está inspirado en la necesidad de valorar el comportamiento del contrato de seguro médico, con la perspectiva de realizar propuestas para el reconocimiento de esta institución como relación jurídica civil, a partir del análisis de la normativa vigente y su aplicación en las condiciones actuales. No obstante esa señalada relevancia, resulta significativa la escasez de trabajos científicos que hayan abordado esta cuestión. Como métodos de investigación se han empleado: el análisis exegético de las normas, teórico jurídico, análisis histórico lógico, además del apoyo en algunos datos empíricos obtenidos de la utilización de la recogida del criterio de expertos.
