Abstract

En la presente indagación científica se aborda el significado de la comunicación dentro de las organizaciones haciendo referencia a los principales postulados teóricos, así como, los autores principales dentro de esta temática. Se hace una valoración por parte de los investigadores de estas posiciones teóricas lo que nos aporta elementos a tener en cuenta cuando de trabaja la comunicación dentro de las organizaciones. Este material puede servir de fuente de consulta para otros investigadores que aborden este tema, el cual aporta valoraciones, explicaciones, consideraciones sobre la comunicación dentro de las organizaciones y su significado. Además la importancia de esta para el desarrollo de toda la sociedad
