Abstract

Las comunicaciones cooperativas no deben continuar subordinadas a infracomunicaciones corporativas. Si bien la nueva ley argentina para la democratización de los medios de comunicación audiovisuales Nº 26.522 ahora contempla la posibilidad (negada por las dictaduras) en lo concerniente a que las cooperativas puedan prestar este servicio de interés público, paradójicamente la orfandad en lo atingente a “disponibilidad pública, plural y abierta” de informaciones cooperativas libres, veraces, adecuadas, oportunas y neutrales obedece a marcadospredominios corporativos seudocooperativos que demoran, tergiversan e impiden -paradójicamente todavía-, sudemocratización, universalización y emancipación, abonando y sosteniendo impropia e ilegalmente reproducciones comunicativas corporativas, anacrónicas, maliciosas; manifiesta e impunemente dañinas y perjudiciales para la genuina y autentica comunicación intra, extra, supra y transcooperativa.
