Abstract

Los archivos constituyen la garantía de la evolución jurídica y administrativa de la sociedad, puesto que posibilitan mantener la continuidad institucional e integración de todos sus procesos que contribuyen a su planificación y control, teniendo en cuenta que la delimitación entre los históricos y los administrativos es convencional, y que los documentos son los mismos desde que se producen en la oficina , como soporte físico de una gestión determinada hasta que son depositados en los archivos históricos donde son considerados, además de testimonio como fuente primaria para la investigación y conforman el patrimonio histórico documental del país
