Abstract

América Latina avanza a paso firme en el proceso de integración. A partir del 5 de junio del presente año el pueblo peruano ha elegido un gobierno que lo sitúa en la línea de este proceso; para consolidarlo es imperativo democratizar las comunicaciones tanto a nivel regional como nacional. Venezuela, Bolivia y Ecuador avanzan en esa dirección. Si los estados no asumen soberanía sobre sus recursos naturales y comunicaciones las promesas políticas sobre integración, desarrollo económico con inclusión social, será como en el pasado, retórica de campaña electoral.
