Análise Comparativa Do Plano De Metas Com O Programa De Aceleração Do Crescimento

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta uma análise das políticas econômicas que envolveram o Plano de Metas e o Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento, dos governos dos presidentes Juscelino Kubitschek e Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, respectivamente. A política econômica do governo JK caracterizou-se por um posicionamento desenvolvimentista, tendo como os principais feitos a execução da construção de Brasília e a implementação do Plano de Metas. Este último, por sua vez, foi um dos grandes marcos da industrialização brasileira. Na história mais recente, no governo do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, foi implementado o Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento, que, assim como o Plano de Metas, tinha de forma prioritária resolver questões estruturais do país.
