Abstract

La fase de ejecución de los cambios que concepción a través de paradigma estratégico se fundamenta en la implementación de los rumbos estratégicos. Cada uno de los factores que sustenta el proceso presenta una categoría de excepcional para la interpretación de su forma de manifestarse en modo de limitante o potencial de realización del arte de la conducción de los actos de una organización. Se contempla como los elementos los métodos de realización con la estructura de la organización, el liderazgo legitímese el cambio y la cultura de los actores de equipo.
