Abstract

En estos momentos en que la globalización neoliberal alcanza escalas superiores en todos los órdenes, resulta de suma importancia preservar la identidad cultural de cada una de las naciones. La gestión cultural a través del trabajo comunitario y de manera esencial el trabajo por proyectos culturales, juega un papel decisivo en la conservación de la cultura de los pueblos, debido a que propicia la participación activa de los actores sociales en la transformación de su propia realidad
