Abstract

En el desarrollo de la Comunicación Organizacional han surgido una serie de teorías o modelos que explican el acto comunicativo, entre los que están la teoría hipodérmica, según la cual cada individuo reacciona por separado a las órdenes y sugerencias y el modelo de Laswell, elaborado inicialmente en los años treinta y propuesto en 1948, que explica el acto comunicativo a partir de interrogantes: quién dice qué, a través de qué canal, a quién y con qué efecto y asume que dichos procesos son exclusivamente asimétricos, la comunicación es intencional y tiende a un fin, a obtener un cierto efecto observable y medible, o sea, los vinculados a una transformación, a una modificación de comportamientos, actitudes y opiniones, aspectos éstos que se persiguen transformar con la estrategia
