Abstract

El trabajo desarrollado en la institución tiene como objetivos fundamentales: 1- Elaborar el diagnóstico de situación de la Emisora Provincial Radio Victoria, a partir de sus características, funciones y relaciones. 2- Caracterizar la institución en base a las relaciones, funciones y peculiaridades que la distinguen como eslabón del quehacer sociocultural en el territorio. Los resultados de esta investigación han sido de mucha utilidad para la emisora, debido a que se parte de los problemas fundamentales existentes en la institución y desde ese momento se procede a darle una posible solución
