Sinergia En El Ambiente De Trabajo

Abstract

El término sinergia proviene del griego "synergo", significando etimológicamente "trabajando en conjunto". La connotación del significado conlleva a plantear la importancia del trabajo en conjunto como equipo de los trabajadores, donde los resultados, serán mayor que si muchas personas trabajen independientemente. De ahí que el concepto ha revolucionado en ámbito de la psicología organizacional y laboral por los impactos que se tienen en el tema del trabajo en equipo, la eficiencia, la productividad y la comunicación asertiva. Llevándonos a replantear nuevamente sobre el papel que cumple los lideres de fomentar la unidad y la visión de equipo en la consecución de las metas, y los temas de cooperación y la sincronización de las fases de las distintas áreas dentro del trabajo
