Abstract

Momento en el que el ser humano puede ejercer su libertad de elección para la acción participativa según sus intereses y necesidades. Comúnmente se le identifica con el ocio, cuando en realidad puede transcurrir tanto dentro como fuera del tiempo de ocio. Es, por definición, un momento de recreación, de crecimiento y desarrollo personal, según el Manual Metodológico del Programa Nacional de Recreación Física
