Abstract

De todas estas formas de publicidad hay que destacar la transcendencia que en el momento actual tiene la publicidad mediata. No ofrece duda que las exigencias vinculadas al principio de publicidad obligan a propiciar, no sólo el conocimiento de los actos judiciales por los interesados, los litigantes, los acusados, las partes del proceso en general, sino también a que el desarrollo del proceso pueda ser seguido por otras personas distintas de las partes, directamente presenciando las sesiones del juicio ante el tribunal, o indirectamente a través de los medios de comunicación
