Tratamiento Legal De Las Subsanaciones De Error De Carácter Material En El Ordenamiento Registral Civil Cubano. Impacto Social Y Proyección Jurídica

Abstract

El Registrador del Estado Civil es el funcionario encargado de resolver un conjunto de cuestiones, que le incumben por razón de su cargo. Éstas se incluyen en la Ley 51 del Registro del Estado Civil, vigente en Cuba a partir de 1985, y entre ellas se encuentra subsanar los errores u omisiones de carácter material. La realidad actual cubana ha aflorado disimiles situaciones , cuya solución queda fuera del marco de lo que la propia ley establece, por lo que resulta evidentemente necesario realizar una apreciación crítica de la misma, con el objetivo de atemperarla al contexto real y aportar así soluciones claras y precisas.
