Abstract

El presente trabajo que lleva por título Conformación histórico legal de los derechos culturales tiene como principal objetivo analizar los derechos culturales, para lo cual se conceptualiza y señala los documentos legales donde aparecen y se refrenda los derechos culturales. En la concepción de los derechos culturales como categoría subsumida en los derechos humanos que debe ser develada en toda su potencialidad. Tomando como referencia la “Declaración de Friburgo”, en su reafirmación de los derechos culturales al igual que otros derechos humanos, como expresión y exigencia de la dignidad humana. Se destaca la importancia de estos derechos, a partir de su existencia por la defensa del derecho a la cultura y la preservación de la diversidad cultural
