Apuntes Críticos Para La Construcción De Una Historia Constitucional Cubana

Abstract

Si bien el constitucionalismo fue un producto de la filosofía racionalista y de los procesos de constitucionalización de fines del siglo XVIII, el modo en que se ha construido su historia por parte de la tradición cubana obliga a un cierto acercamiento crítico en pro de aportar algunas ideas metodológicas para la continuación de esta construcción sobre bases más completas de comprensión.
