Abstract

Dada la volubilidad del fenómeno migratorio, las decisiones en materia de nacionalidad y extranjería se sustentan principalmente en criterios políticos. Por ello, el análisis de la facultad discrecional y su adecuada inserción en el examen de leyes mexicanas sobre la materia permite erradicar la idea errónea sobre la excesiva permisividad de estas.
