Abstract

“Los Talleres de Apreciación y Creación Artística para preservación y promoción de la Cultura Popular Tradicional”, tema frecuentemente discutido, cobran gran importancia en el contexto cultural y académico actual y reflexiona sobre ciertas premisas en torno al reto que representa la evaluación de los Programas de Desarrollo Cultural como lineamientos de la política cultural cubana. El trabajo se apoya en el análisis del Programa para el desarrollo de la Enseñanza Artística implementado en el municipio de Cruces. Provincia Cienfuegos. Cuba. Tiene como objetivo: evaluar el impacto de los Talleres de Apreciación y Creación Artística en sus diferentes manifestaciones desde el rescate, preservación y promoción de la cultural popular tradicional cubana en los estudiantes de centros escolares del municipio de Cruces. La importancia del tema radica en la poca atención que hasta el momento se le ha prestado a la evaluación como proceso y construcción teórica, en las instituciones y entidades culturales del territorio. El aporte de éste reside en ofrecer un sistema de indicadores verificables que nos ayuden a determinar sistemática y objetivamente la pertinencia, eficiencia, eficacia e impacto de todas las acciones emprendidas.
