Abstract

Para quienes no ven en el Derecho Sustantivo de Familia un “verdadero Derecho”, porque permeadas sus mentes y corazones por concepciones civilísticas puras que vienen quizá de la influencia de las vetustas y anquilosadas consideraciones que respecto a la familia tenía, por citar sólo un ejemplo, el Code Napoleón, no entienden tampoco que se alce hoy, con la magnificencia que le ha permitido su propia impronta, el Derecho Procesal de Familia y dentro de él, el Procedimiento Familiar.
